Returns & Exchanges: Your Satisfaction Guarantee
At Wanderlust Scents, we want you to love your destination-inspired fragrances. If your "scent escape" isn't exactly what you imagined, we are here to help make it right.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your items must be:
- Unused and unlit (candles/melts).
- In original packaging with all labels intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Important Note on Liquids (Final Sale)
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all Perfume Oils, Room & Linen Sprays, and Reed Diffusers are Final Sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on liquid products once they have shipped.
- Unsure of a scent? We highly recommend starting with a Sample Scent Pack to find your favorite destination before committing to a full-size liquid product.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Have your order number and the reason for your return.
- Ship It Back: Once approved, please mail your items to our Waupaca studio:

- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Broken Items
We take great care in packing your orders, but sometimes the "journey" is a bit rough. If your item arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass), please email us a photo of the damaged product and the shipping box within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or lit candles/melts.
- All Liquid Products (Perfumes, Sprays, Diffusers).
- Sample Scent Packs / Individual Samples.
- Digital Gift Cards.
- Sale/Clearance items (Final Sale).
