If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please send us a message within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos with a detailed description and we'll get it sorted out for you.

NOTE: We are unable to accept any return on liquid items e.g. Diffusers, Roll On Perfume Oils, Room Sprays etc, nor will we cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, gift cards, or items not produced by us are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
